Space Needed
RESD’s team of real property agents consists of highly trained real estate professionals. Under the direction of the Real Estate Services Manager, they are prepared to step in or complement your agency’s efforts at any stage of a development or leasing program.
The Real Estate Services Department maintains a list of space needs requirements for the County of San Bernardino. If you have a site that you feel may fill the county’s space needs, please download the documents and follow the included instructions for submitting your proposal. Please be advised that the information is subject to change. All lease transactions are not final until the Board of Supervisors approves a lease contract.
